Use Utrogestan

Hi ladies,
I read that you all have a lot of experience. This is my first attempt for me. And I have a question and it's exactly the weekend. Hopefully one of you can help me get rid of my nerves. I have the feeling that I didn't apply the Utrogestan deeply enough for the first five days.. because last night I pushed the pills forward and then it came into a cavity and before that it wasn't. I also had more discharge then. So now I have the nerves that it hasn't had any effect because I didn't insert them deeply enough.
Should I worry??
