Pelvic instability

I also suffer a lot from pelvic instability. I bought a top mattress from Optidee and since then I've been able to start my days with less pain.

    Thanks, I'll check it out. I've got a good mattress and sleep with a nursing pillow, but I'll double-check!

    Just go on sick leave for a few hours! Go to a physio who specializes in your pelvis.

    It’s fully paid for by UWV.

    Think about your health. After the pregnancy, you’ll need to take care of your baby and get back to work, so it’s better to take care of yourself now.
