    I’m Annemarieke van den Heuvel, a midwifery student at Artesis Plantijn in Antwerp. For my studies, I’m looking for a pregnant woman who would enjoy having me follow her pregnancy. I’m really curious about the experiences during pregnancy and the consultations. Whether I’m allowed to be there or not is up to you! The final product of this assignment is a report on the course of the pregnancy and birth. This report will naturally be anonymous!
    Are you a pregnant woman of up to 16 weeks and would you like to help me with this assignment or do you have questions? Then send me an email! It’s no problem for me to travel a bit.

    Hi Nadia! No, not from the second one, but my first was 14 years ago, so everything feels super new again Are you already experiencing nausea or other ailments?

    That's quite a while apart, but super nice that you're having a second baby! I'm lucky I haven't had any nausea. I've just been really tired the last few days. Otherwise, no pregnancy ailments yet.. greetings Nadia????

    Yes, new relationship, new round The sickness hasn't been too bad so far, hope it stays that way. Sometimes some cramps and very tired, otherwise everything's ok. When do you have your first ultrasound? Mine's on March 23rd, feels like it's taking way too long!

    I'm still waiting for a message from the midwife practice... you have to register online there, I did that a week ago but haven't heard back yet, so I'll call tomorrow. I think I'll also need to go for the first ultrasound around the end of March or beginning of April! It's indeed a long wait until the first scan... it's nice that we can chat here about our pregnancy. No one in my circle knows yet, except my partner of course

    Hi Lytje,
    I'm 7 weeks pregnant on Wednesday, so we're about the same :-)
    I'm also really struggling with fatigue, and I think I might be coming down with a flu.
    I'm also feeling extremely nauseous today, hoping it'll be a one-time thing but probably not.
    We're also part of an October due date group on Brabbels. :-)
