Cat out of the box-rek experience?

Has anyone had experience with a Cat Out of the Box rack? It prevents the cat from constantly jumping into the box. I came across this and it seemed like something I’d like. The balloons don’t really work.

Is your baby already in there? I got the tip to use aluminum foil, then he jumps in once and gets so startled that he lets it go the second time. I had all that ready, but the kitty beast didn't even look at it at all and never jumped in, so I don't know from experience how it works. Seeing the setup like this, the cat out of the box stretch does work, but it seems like a hassle to keep putting it on.. -
