Hi there!
I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby, but I'm really worried. I haven't had any symptoms except for extreme tiredness and sore breasts. Yesterday I got up and noticed that my breasts barely hurt anymore, and today they don't hurt at all. The fatigue has also decreased. Now I'm scared something might be wrong. Next Wednesday I have my first ultrasound.

Hey girl, it does happen more often that ladies suddenly feel nothing anymore and then get scared that something's wrong, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is. I also had a period early on where I suddenly had a lot less symptoms for a few days. I'd just calmly wait until the ultrasound. So it doesn't mean that everything's wrong right away... -

Thanks for your reply, Bibi. It's my first pregnancy, so everything is so new to me. I notice that sometimes they feel more sensitive again, and then an hour later they're less so, but well, I'll try to let it go and wait for the ultrasound next week, hoping our little one is growing well.
