Insecure and confused

Hi ladies, I really need to get some things off my chest. Last week I had some bleeding/brown discharge, so I got an ultrasound with my midwife. The bleeding was visible on my scan, but I could still expect a viable pregnancy. I got a referral to the OB-GYN. The baby was doing fine otherwise and measured at 9+3. After two days of brown discharge, it stopped and was replaced by normal discharge and abdominal and back pain. Until this morning.. brown discharge again. Not as much as last time, luckily, but I still called the midwife. I could come in right away for an ultrasound. The blood was no longer visible on my scan. So probably the last bit was lost. However, the baby was still doing well, she said. But now the strange part: the measurement came out at 9+4, while I should have been 10+1 today. She said nothing strange, everything is okay. Well, okay, I left with that thought and called my GP for the results of my urine sample I gave in the morning. No bladder infection (I was hoping for that because I couldn't explain the bleeding any other way), but there were blood cells and a lot of protein in my urine. What does this mean now?? In a few days I have to go to the OB-GYN and the day after to the GP. I'm scared.. scared that my baby isn't growing well, scared that I have something wrong with me myself. I don't know what to think anymore.. by the way, this is my 3rd pregnancy. Otherwise, I've never had issues like this in my other pregnancies. I can't handle this well at all and it's really stressing me out.
