not falling asleep at night

Hi everyone,
Our little boy is 4 months old, and we're having trouble getting him to bed in the evenings. I mean after his 7 PM feed. Nighttime sleep is fine! It's never been a problem, but the other times are. Any tips or tricks for us? We've tried so many things that I've lost track...

Our son didn't sleep that early either after 4 months. He went to bed with us around 11 PM, and we gradually moved his bedtime earlier. The rhythm comes naturally.

Yeah, we’ve been doing that too so far, but since last week we’ve been thinking, shouldn’t he actually go to bed earlier?! And I’ve heard from everyone with a baby that they’re already in bed between 7 and 8 PM...

    Hi Newborn,
Yes, the babies usually go to bed early. My son, who is 1 year old, goes to bed at 8 PM. But definitely not at 4 months; I think around 8 or 9 months he started sleeping at 8 PM. After that, it was always 11 PM for his last bottle until 6 AM. I wouldn't push it either; every child is different and has their own rhythm.
Give it some time and don't stress too much about how things go elsewhere
    Greetings,
