Pregnancy boxes and baby boxes

What pregnancy boxes can you all request? Have you picked up a few yet?
Maybe it would be nice to share photos of the contents for others!
I already picked up the Ouders van Now pregnancy box at the Etos. There were some nice little things in it, just off the top of my head: pacifier, belly balm, Zwitsal mini, Jillz 0.0, magazines, and lots of promotional stuff and such.
I also received the Babydump catalog by mail, I think there were socks in there. And a card to pick up the box for free. Haven't picked it up yet, though, because it's too far away for me.
I haven't picked up the Blije Doos either, because that's also far away. I'm really curious what's all in it.
I've also signed up with Nutricia, so you'd get a plush toy/blanket by mail. And I still need to request from Kruidvat.
