Boy or girl?

Hi everyone,
I had this ultrasound yesterday. I was exactly 14 weeks pregnant at the time. I thought I had figured out the gender, but I’d really love to hear what you all think based on this picture... Or is it still too early? I’m so curious . Does it look familiar?? (By the way, we don’t have a preference.)
