How often does round ligament pain occur in the first trimester?

Hi ladies,
I had my third ultrasound this week but I'm so incredibly anxious about it. This is my fourth pregnancy and I'm almost 10 weeks along now. My previous pregnancies all ended in miscarriage. In the last one, we found out at the 10-week scan that the heartbeat had stopped.
What makes me feel so unsure right now is that I haven't felt any 'ligament pain' for about a week. Not when I get up, sneeze, or make sudden movements. Actually, I don't feel anything unusual in my belly. So I'm really worried that my uterus isn't growing.
How often did you feel those twinges or the growth of the uterus at this stage, and is it normal that I haven't felt anything for a week already?

I don't think it's anything serious! I've had times like that too, where it would come and go. Don't worry about it the whole pregnancy, like in the beginning.
