Here’s an ultrasound of just the lower part at 13 weeks and 2 days.
We see 3 lines but also a little protrusion... the baby is lying on its stomach so we couldn’t get a side view.
What could it be?

I think it's a boy!! You can tell by the bulge between the legs.
