I've really benefited from your experiences during my ovulation induction process. Thanks so much!
I recently read about the possibility of false positives with Ovitrelle. I used this medication for the first time this cycle alongside Menopur; before that, I took Clomid 6 times.
My LMP was on Oct 28. I had a progesterone level of 94 this time and had two follicles. Maybe I'm imagining it, but my breasts are extremely tender and I'm really tired. I'm starting to get a little hopeful and of course want to test as soon as possible.
Now I thought I could test to see if the Ovitrelle has cleared my system. I did that this morning, and indeed, it was negative. Can I then conclude that I won't get a false positive, and still do an early test, say on the 24th?

Hi Lydie! The Ovitrelle is indeed out of your body. Generally, it takes about 10 days for it to leave your system. So if you test positive after that, you can assume it's your own hCG. Good luck!! -
