Who has experience with a BBZ?

Hi ladies, I'm not really sure where to post this, so I'll do it here. Since I'm in my first trimester, I'm officially 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant.

I already had a topic about my pregnancy tests... unfortunately, now I'm feeling anxious, insecure, and super sad because I had to go to the hospital urgently today for an internal exam due to worsening abdominal and lower back pain, along with a lot of brown discharge and a little blood when urinating.

No baby visible in the uterus, nor in the fallopian tubes. HCG was tested and it's 370.

The doctor said there are 3 options:
- Early miscarriage
- Early pregnancy
- Ectopic pregnancy (BBZ)

I need to come back in 2 days to have my blood tested again regarding the HCG level. They're going to keep a close watch on me now...

Does anyone here have experience with this?

My guess is that you’ve had a miscarriage.
Given your belly and back pain, bleeding, and nothing showing on the ultrasound. Also, your hCG levels are very low.

Sending lots of strength and a big hug.

Thanks, Anonymous. It might sound really weird, but that's what I hope in this case Because an early pregnancy (so my calculation was wrong) just can't be, I'm really sure about it..

    How are things now?

    Feeling unsure...
Sunday my hCG level was around 370, and yesterday it was 903.
Had another internal ultrasound yesterday, and still nothing visible anywhere. Everything looks completely clear, no fluid or bleeding seen.
Still wiping blood after urinating and always having some brown discharge. I find this so strange..
I have to go back tomorrow for the same check-up; blood test and an hour later, another internal ultrasound.

niveaman how far along are you?

    Exactly 6 weeks today.

Last period started on Aug 30. I have a 28-day cycle. My ovulation was on Sep 14. I tested faint positive on Sep 26, my EDD was on Sep 28, and on Oct 1 I got a super positive test.

    Isn't that bizarre?

Sounds not good, sweetheart, but I hope they already told you that?
Good luck with the ultrasound tomorrow...

No, doesn't sound good at all, nothing to see.
The only thing I'm afraid of is a BZB. Miscarriage I can handle.

Niveamam... your hCG has gone up, right? Are you having any pain?
