Anyone with newborn twins and a 1.5-year-old already?

Hi,
I'm the mom of a 1.5-year-old girl and now have 4-week-old twins.
Does anyone have tips on how to make mornings easier?
The boys usually wake up around 7:30, and I spend about 1.5 hours on them. In the meantime, my daughter also wakes up and just wants attention. I can't give her that, and sometimes I can't even get her out of bed because I'm busy with the boys. I still have help, but I'd like to manage it myself too. Tips are welcome!
