Pregnancy symptoms after conception

Hi ladies!
I'm new here and had a few questions!
Especially about what your symptoms were before you actually got your period. So after conception and ovulation. I have a few things that I think could be symptoms:
- occasional nausea
- sudden heartburn
- headache (constant)
- a sort of menstrual cramp.
I have the cramps on both sides of my fallopian tubes, is this normal? Or do you only feel it on one side?
I think I felt implantation this afternoon? I got a very painful stabbing pain in my uterus.

What have your experiences been like with that? My ovulation was on Sept 28.
