Tell or not tell

Hi, I work 4/5 days. We have flexible schedules to create a better work-life balance. But we have a manager who takes the best hours, always leaves on time,... we've already discussed this with her. She won't back down. So we went higher up. The manager confronted her, and she had to come back again because she wouldn't listen. Today was the second meeting. Today, the agreements needed to be put in writing so there wouldn't be any empty promises. Naturally, she didn't do that,... I don't see it anymore and want to request a transfer. Should I do it or not? And should I take a week off because all this stress isn't good for the baby anyway?

    Hi mama2,
Oh, that’s really not nice! Normally, as a manager, you’d set a good example, right?!
You could always go to your GP or gynecologist to explain that you’re no longer coping—stress is indeed not healthy during pregnancy.
You could also request a transfer, but there’s no guarantee it’ll be better there.
Wishing you all the best with your pregnancy!

    Warm regards,
    Nathalie
