I sometimes feel like clients don't take me into account, which often makes me feel sad. Lately, I've felt most at home here. When I go to work, I feel sad.

I actually don't dare to tell this because I'm afraid people will think I'm exaggerating.

Today I had to clean a client's window and I couldn't really manage even with the step ladder, so I had to lean on her sink with my knees. With the same client, I had to clean shelves where dangerous products are stored. I felt really bad about this today because I had to do something I didn't fully support. It feels like no consideration is being given to my pregnancy, which I find very upsetting.

With another client, I had to clean her garage every week, and her cars are parked there too. So it often smells of car exhaust fumes. I told her I'd rather not clean her garage anymore because I can't handle it due to my pregnancy. A week later, she gave me a tip to leave the garage slightly open and clean it at the end. I'm not 100% behind this either, but I feel like I'm being forced somehow.

I always wear gloves, but sometimes they tear.

I'm not sure what to do anymore.

That's so sad that you're feeling so down at work. It's a shame that customers don't consider it, but you don't need to worry about overdoing it. Everyone sometimes has trouble with stairs or difficult tasks. If you really don't feel well, then contact your doctor or borrow someone else for a bit.
