Pregnancy symptoms for NOD

The waiting weeks can be so long, right?
I noticed in all my pregnancies (1 boy, 3 miscarriages) already less than a week after conception... I suddenly had trouble sleeping at night for hours without any reason. I also felt a bit nauseous, but more like... feeling like my food wasn't digesting well in the morning. My breasts were tender too, and I had more discharge (sorry for the gross detail...).
I always tested 4-5 days before my expected period with the Kruidvat tests (2 for 5 euros), but only with first morning urine, so only with those tests (they're very sensitive). That seems to be really early, so if you test positive later, that's totally normal!

Hi there! Nice question, I think everyone on the waiting bench wants to know if there's something that's a clear sign!

I had a good feeling that month after the fertile week and actually suddenly got a bit flu-like the days after; feeling a bit sluggish, etc. I also sometimes had itching on my nipples and some Mentos I can relate to; I really had much more discharge right before my period! I even had a kind of clump in my underwear a few days before! I had seen exactly that from someone else here on the forum just before, she had put a photo of it in her story and I had exactly the same!

And do you recognize what?
