Girl's name for Julot

We're still looking for a nice girl's name to go with Julot (our 2-year-old daughter). We're currently considering Fauve, Alix(e), Madee, or Romijn. Which name do you all like?

    I think Alix is by far the cutest one on the list and fits Julot best.

    I also think Alix is the prettiest from your list. Although I find Alexis even prettier. Or Alice is also very beautiful!

    Those other names are just not really my taste.

    I'm going with Madee! Definitely NOT Romijn, it just sounds like Romein.

    I'm going with Madee, but I'd write it with a hyphen: Madée

    Other suggestions:
    Arwen, Aster, Bodil, Estée, Flore, Liset, Marin, Merle, Mette, Pippa, Ronja, Vieve

    I like all those names! Other options: Flore, Alexa, Marie, Cato, Maïte, Anaïs, Mette, Novee, Nore, Myrle, Rhodé.

    Madé means the second-born child of a higher caste in Balinese. (I'm not sure anymore if it's only for boys or also for girls) so the meaning fits either way!

    Madé is indeed a second child and is actually meant for a boy. But in the Netherlands, I think it sounds nicer for a girl.

    I find Alix a bit boring, honestly. Madee is much nicer, sounds a bit lighter. I also don't know if the meaning is strictly tied to men, but here in the polder it's just a name. If you're unsure about the origin, check out the Balinese sources, but personally I go for that playful sound.
