1st trimester
11.5 weeks pregnant after a C-section

I myself had a C-section and had to wait half a year to a year before getting pregnant again.
My best friend, however, was unexpectedly pregnant just 3 months after her C-section, just like you. She also considered abortion but couldn't bring herself to do it. She was monitored extra closely by her gynecologist during the last months of her pregnancy and was not allowed to give birth vaginally under any circumstances, as it posed too many risks. Even if labor started early and progressed quickly at home, she would have to go to the hospital urgently.
Fortunately, it didn't come to that. Last week, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy via a planned C-section (a few days before her daughter turned 1, so two kids within a year), and she's recovering well.
Good luck with your decision!
