Hi! I'm 7-8 weeks pregnant today. I don't know exactly how far along I am yet since I can't see the OB-GYN for the first time until June 29th 
The only thing is that I don't feel pregnant at all; I have no symptoms except for extra tiredness and sleepless nights. Are there other women who have almost no symptoms? It sometimes makes me feel unsure

Hi! I have exactly the same experience. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant and don't have any symptoms either. I sleep a bit less soundly at night and feel a bit more tired. Other than that, nothing! That was different with my previous pregnancy. Back then I also had almost no symptoms, but my breasts were sore and tender.
I'm just enjoying that it's going so smoothly! Enjoying the pregnancy!
