Help, my fiancé is pregnant!

Hello pregnant women and childbirth educators,
My fiancée Eva is now 12 weeks pregnant with our super-wanted first baby. For the past 4 or 5 weeks, she has been suffering terribly from nausea and a frightening lack of energy. She can't work or even make a little walk to the supermarket. When she walks from the couch to the kitchen, she often has to catch her breath and is then exhausted.
I watch with admiration how she deals with this, and I want to do more to support her. That's why I'm posting this.
Right now, she's really struggling mentally and feels like she's the only one going through this. I'd like to ask every woman who has experience with this to give her some encouragement via a message. Would you like to help my lovely fiancée with your experiences or a kind message of strength??
