what is really needed?

Hi everyone, I’m a soon-to-be single mom. I’ve really started preparing now, which means I’m looking for baby stuff and such. My question is: what’s actually essential? There’s so much for sale... so many things I wonder if they’re really useful or just more like gadgets... So I’m looking forward to tips from experienced moms
