Decreasing symptoms?

Hi everyone,
I found out a week ago that I'm pregnant for the 2nd time (today 5 weeks and 2 days). So happy, of course! My first pregnancy was 6 years ago, so it all feels new again. Now, the positive test was really a surprise because I didn't have any symptoms that I thought might mean I was pregnant. I did have that dull menstrual pain in my belly and the dull pain in my lower back, which I always get before my period. I still have this in waves, especially at the end of the day. What I'm a bit worried about now is that a few days after the test, my breasts were very sensitive (it wasn't pleasant if I touched them), tight, and much bigger. This suddenly decreased yesterday. They are still a bit sensitive, but not tight anymore and feel soft instead. Also, I was very tired before my period and for a few days after. This has also decreased a lot. Does this sound familiar to others? When I search online, it often says that these signs can last until the end of the pregnancy.
Also, I do have aversions and cravings for certain foods.
Greetings!

Oh yeah, my first appointment with the midwife isn't until July 5th. It feels like it's taking forever!!

Eline, that doesn't mean anything if the symptoms decrease.. every pregnancy is different..
I haven't had any issues so far, no sore breasts, no fatigue.. no nausea.. if it wasn't for the positive test, I wouldn't have believed it..
But I've experienced this before without any symptoms..
I have my ultrasound a day before you do.. I'm curious too

    Hi Eline88,

It doesn't have to mean anything, indeed. I'm 12 weeks pregnant now and I've had symptoms in waves. My breasts are sometimes not sensitive for a few days and then suddenly they are again. At my due date ultrasound, I told the midwife this too, and she literally said: everyone is different and just be happy, so you can enjoy it more!
Coincidentally, I have the next ultrasound on 5-7. Good luck in advance!
