How far along am I actually??

It’s unexpected and almost impossible because I’m still breastfeeding, plus I only ovulate once every two months, and we did it because the chance of getting pregnant was practically zero before that (didn’t finish inside, so just pre-cum). Not planned but wanted.

Hmm, that's hard to judge. I had this during my previous pregnancy, which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. I was supposed to be 8 weeks and 5 days, but according to the ultrasound, I was only 5.5 weeks. I knew that really couldn't be right because of my earlier positive test. I got another appointment scheduled for two weeks later, but I already prepared myself for the worst. Two days later, I indeed had the miscarriage.
It can really go either way. I've even read stories here where the growth temporarily stalled, and the next ultrasound matched the original calculation perfectly again. Unfortunately, there's nothing else you can do right now except wait, dear
