I'm curious if there are others here who have already started prenatal swimming or plan to start. Especially at how many weeks. I'm currently 11+4 and wondering whether to start now or later.

Hi! I'm hesitating because of all the bacteria in the water... I did get a modified workout plan at the gym so I can keep exercising.
