Good morning everyone on Brabbels!
Woke up early again this morning and feeling a bit nauseous.
Today I'm seeing all my family and it's going to be hard to hide my pregnancy, since I'm showing all the symptoms clearly! Has anyone else here experienced this, and how did you cope with it?

    Hey, good morning!
We didn’t have much luck keeping it hidden because my mom saw it really quickly, but that was actually pretty fun because she was absolutely over the moon.

That's nice, Eefje My dad already knows. I feel like everyone else can see it too. A colleague thought they saw a little bump, but that's probably just the hormones

@Karolina That's so true! My partner and I have decided to tell the family after the first-trimester ultrasound (so, after next week). I find it much nicer if it's not a secret, so: "Go Poland"

We told people at 9 and 10 weeks. We came back from vacation and we were afraid it couldn't be denied anymore; I really have a little belly now! It's partly a vacation belly now, but it's really noticeable because I've always been slim!
We also wanted to wait until 12 weeks at first, but that just didn't work out

Have fun telling everyone!! We thought it was great

    Hi Hi

We told it straight to my mom, father-in-law+wife, mother-in-law+partner
Also to 2 friends each because well they already suspected something

After the first trimester scan we told it to the fam all at once.

    Have fun telling !!

Thanks for your replies! It's nice to read when you share yours. I also often get the feeling that people are staring at my belly. So I guess a lot of people don't really mind. Let's keep the suspense going for a little longer
