NIPT test results

Dear girls,

How long did you have to wait for the NIPT test results? I'm especially curious about the ladies who had the test done in the Netherlands after April 1, 2017. I had my blood drawn last Friday (it's Tuesday now), and I'm wondering when I can expect the results. They said it could take up to two weeks.

I tested positive for additional findings.

Best regards,
Emma

I had the rash for 2 to 3 days.

Can I ask which city you did it in?

In Boxmeer, that was the Wednesday before King's Day and May 1st, I got the results.

I took a test last Thursday and I'm still waiting. Exciting, right?

Poked on Monday, May 8th, and got the results on Wednesday, May 17th.

Exactly 14 days later, the results came in. They don’t reveal the gender, even when asked, unfortunately.

Yes, indeed, it's exciting! The first 4 days are already gone, so it's going by quickly for us, apparently not. Just a little more patience. We're going to the ultrasound (extra pre-ultrasound) by chance tomorrow to find out the gender. Maybe a bit early with almost 14 weeks, but we're just going for it

I'm super curious if they can already see the gender at 14 weeks. We have an ultrasound on Monday, and I'll be 14 weeks and 3 days.

I just got back from the ultrasound. The sonographer was pretty much sure, the baby was in a good position. I'm only 13 weeks and 5 days, so I think it should work out for you next week!

Oh, how lovely! Enjoy it! :-)

How long did it take for people in Amsterdam to get their results? Waiting is such a long time!!!

    9 days with me

And could they already see the gender on Monday for girl31?

I got the results this morning, within 8 days (including the day of the prick) in Amsterdam. Good luck to everyone who still has to wait. I'm going to try to just enjoy it now, haha

I've been waiting for the results for 14 days now and still nothing. I live in Belgium.

Had my blood drawn on November 17th. It's been 2.5 weeks now and still nothing. Waiting feels so long.
I did reach out, but there was still nothing in at the midwife's office.

    Hi hi,
So exciting, right? I was pretty relaxed at first, but now after 8 days of waiting, I’m starting to get more and more nervous. It’s amazing how much you can already care for a little one in your belly. I hope everything is okay. My partner wanted to get the additional findings checked, but isn’t sure what to expect. Did you receive the midwife’s email directly or from another address?
