Large stomach on ultrasound

Hi hi,
I'm now 20 weeks pregnant and had my 20-week scan today, which showed that the little one had an enlarged stomach. We have to come back on Tuesday to see if the stomach is smaller/less full than it was today. We were told not to worry, but you can't help but worry, hmmm. Does anyone here have experience with this?
