Where can I donate breast milk?

I live in America and am going on a short vacation to the Netherlands. I have an excess of breast milk and it's almost impossible to take it back and keep it frozen. Therefore, I would like to donate it to someone who can use it well. For many institutions, I have to be tested and fill out forms. I don't have time for that since I'm in the Netherlands to visit family for a short time. I'm leaving for America on April 17 and could possibly donate it on April 16. Please pick up in The Hague. Does anyone have tips? Or is someone interested? Only serious people please, I'd hate to throw it away.

BTW: I don't smoke, drink, use drugs, or take any medication. I only take the pill that's safe while breastfeeding. I eat healthily, but I don't follow any special diet (lactose, etc.).
