Difference in growth?

Dear members, I have a question.
My girlfriend and I think we got pregnant at the same time.
But now we were looking at the latest ultrasounds, and her baby is 2 cm bigger. That seemed like quite a difference to me. Her due date is September 4th, mine is September 8th. She's sure about when she conceived (December 16th), but I have no idea. Do you think I should assume roughly the same date for myself?
Is it correct that her baby is already bigger now, or is my ultrasound inaccurate? I'm quite unsure about this.

It's very possible that your implantation or conception was later. There's already a big difference between an 8-week scan and a 9-week one. Your scan is probably correct, so don't worry.
