Blood clot next to the fetus

Who else has experienced a blood clot/bruise (hematoma) next to the gestational sac, causing heavy bleeding? Had extra ultrasounds yesterday and the day before, everything else is fine. But the bleeding continues.. sometimes more than other times..

    I had bleeding at 8 weeks pregnant and was even picked up by an ambulance.
    Now it's 34 weeks tomorrow and everything is going well.
    But in my case, it was quite a heavy bleed that flowed out, but it was over again within half an hour.

    The bleeding is still going on for me. Whenever I do something that requires strength or is heavy, it starts up again...
