6 weeks and 5 days, and no heartbeat.

Hi ladies,
I had my first ultrasound today. The dates matched, 6 weeks and 5 days. But all I could see was a gestational sac and nothing else!
I have a 3.5-year-old daughter and then had three miscarriages.
What do you all think about this? Has anyone had a positive outcome after an ultrasound like this?

Hi Mommie84, what a tough time. You're still very early on, and the heartbeat is often not visible yet. I understand you're panicking because of your previous experiences, but take it easy and wait calmly. Talk to your GP or midwife about it at your next appointment. Get well soon and lots of strength.
