Pregnant again after a miscarriage

Scarlett
Hi everyone, I'm four weeks pregnant today and exactly a month ago I had a very early miscarriage. On the one hand, I'm so happy to be pregnant again, but I'm also really scared that it might go wrong again. I'm constantly monitoring symptoms like nausea and sore breasts, because last time those symptoms disappeared quickly. Has anyone of you gotten pregnant quickly after a miscarriage and how do you cope with it? Love, an unsure mom

Hi Scarlett, I know exactly how you feel. I found out yesterday that I’m 4 weeks pregnant. I’ve been pregnant once before, but that ended in an early miscarriage in January. So it’s quite nerve-wracking right now... I’m really focusing on possible pregnancy symptoms, but that makes me feel like I’m sensing more than is actually there! Now it’s just a quiet wait... I’ve only known for a day, but it already feels like it’s dragging on!
Hope everything goes well this time for you!
    Love!

Hi fam, thanks for your reply. My account was gone all of a sudden, hence the new name. I'm indeed really into it, constantly checking if all the symptoms are still there. How far along are you now? I wish you a smooth pregnancy too, hopefully it'll work out for both of us this time? Keep me posted, love, Scarlett

I'm not reading carefully again, I see that you're also four weeks along, am I?

    Hey Bobbi,
I'm now 5 weeks along... it's all so exciting. I don't feel that much different than usual yet, and I'm trying to worry less about it than last time, but it's still tough. I just want to get past those 8 weeks first... I think I'll only start believing it more then! How are you doing now?
    Love!

Hi! I'm also not as into it as last time, but I still check my symptoms now and then, like "are they all still there!" Otherwise, I feel pretty good, just really tired and nauseous in waves. I'm 5 weeks and 4 days now, and my first ultrasound is on March 27th. I can't wait and hope everything is okay. When are you going?

I'm still feeling pretty good, though I do get occasional nausea and tender breasts. The fatigue isn't too bad! It's exciting, I'm going for my first ultrasound on April 5th! I really hope I get to see it this time... Last time, I had just scheduled the appointment and then it went wrong. I'm curious how it will be on March 27th! Wishing you lots of success in advance!
