Is it normal to feel some pain like when you're about to get your period, but the test is positive and I'm already 1 day late? And it's coming and going.

They say period-like cramps aren't a bad sign. This means your uterus is growing

Yes, I had that pain really badly during both pregnancies in the first week (weeks).
