Can't work because of the pain

Do
Hi everyone.
Because I have severe stomach pain and am very nauseous (I vomit an average of 8 times a day), I called in sick at work a week ago. I'm now 10 weeks pregnant.
When I called and said I had had bleeding, my work immediately understood that I needed to take it easy. But now, a week later, they find it difficult that I'm not there yet and say I should just vomit there. But my stomach pain is always so intense in waves that I'm crawling.
What should I do now?
I work in healthcare, so I'm busy all day long. There are no moments to sit quietly. And just going to the toilet to vomit isn't possible either if you have someone hanging in a patient lift, right?
I hope someone has tips on what I should do best now. And also against that huge stomach pain?

Love, Do

Talk to your midwife/gynecologist about what makes sense. That pain doesn't sound pleasant anyway, even without work.

    Hey Do,
I'm currently at home until 12 weeks because I also have a high-risk job.
Talk to your doctor. With pain and extreme nausea, it seems logical to me that you rest. If you have to vomit that often, shouldn't you be on sick leave?
I used to be very stressed about my work and kept going, but after two miscarriages, I really don't want to take any risks.
