Help! I'm going crazy!

On Friday, after trying for a year and a half, I got a positive test in my hands. First, a very faint line (twice in a row, I couldn't believe my eyes) on the Kruidvat 2w5 test. Then I used a Clearblue Digital, which indicated 2–3 weeks pregnant, so that would be 4–5 weeks now.
Then, last Saturday I had pink/brown bleeding, and on Sunday bright red bleeding. It only dripped onto the toilet paper and lasted about 3 hours. When I went to wipe, I saw a mucus-like substance on the toilet paper (about the size of when you touch your thumb with your index finger). You could wipe it away; it was just mucus or something. I did have mild period-like cramps, but more like a dull ache, not really strong cramping.
Last Monday afternoon, I had another 20 minutes of what looked like tiny little veins or something, but really very small. I think it was discharge mixed with old blood. Again, only on the toilet paper. Each time, there was hardly any blood on the panty liner—just 2/3 drops.
Every day I tested with the Kruidvat 2w5, which got progressively darker each day. I was convinced it was implantation bleeding.
Still, I was curious what the Clearblue would say now, but unfortunately, it now said 'pregnant 1–2 weeks'. Then I took another Kruidvat test, and it was even darker!
I have tender breasts, have been nauseous almost all day, and am very tired.
Now I really don't know if it was a miscarriage or if it's implantation after all. Does anyone here have experience with this?
I can't get an ultrasound until the 20th, so I'm absolutely eating myself alive! I still have hope, but am I fooling myself?

It can go either way, dear, try to stay as calm as possible and don't stress too much. If you get severe stomach cramps, you should call the doctor. Wishing you lots of strength, and I'm crossing my fingers here that everything goes well!!! Sending lots of love and hugs.

I'm afraid no one will be able to tell you exactly what it means. To give yourself some peace of mind, I'd suggest popping by the GP or calling a midwife. Keep us posted!

Thank you all so much for the sweet messages! I'll call the VK tomorrow. I'm curious what they'll say. This is so exhausting! On one hand, you have hope for something positive, but on the other hand, you're also terrified! The days feel so long...

Sorry ladies! This morning the test was suddenly negative. Then, 10 minutes later, I was on the toilet and lost a gestational sac/bleb the size of a large blueberry, and now it feels like I'm having intense contractions with a lot of bleeding????

Oh, that's so sad! Take it easy, indeed. I hope you can call someone or visit them if you need to? Strength!

You think you've been through it all! My partner had been by, and it wasn't much. While she was here, I got even stronger contractions and everything really came out. Judging by the sac and baby (which you could see very well through the membrane), I was around 10 weeks pregnant
All in all, it took 5 hours.. Now I only have a lot of stomach pain when exerting myself. The bleeding is really minimal. What a hellish experience this was.. You wouldn't wish this on anyone!

Wow, that's intense. Take all the time you need to process this. I hope you have enough support around you? Strength, girl ...

Oh dear, no! That's absolutely terrible. It brings tears to my eyes just reading this—you really shouldn't have to go through this. I hope you're able to process this and that you get enough support...

I'm thinking of you. When I had a miscarriage, there was no one to support me, and I know how hard it is.

Sending you lots and lots of hugs and strength, sweetheart.

Hi there, I had my period around December 27th, and it ended on January 1st or 2nd. I still haven't gotten it since. Lately, I've been experiencing some brown discharge, which has been going on for 2-3 days now. Usually, when I get my period, I have sore breasts and they feel more sensitive... I noticed this sensitivity during the brown discharge too, but now the tenderness in my breasts is starting to decrease... I'm completely confused about what this could be. My last pregnancy test was 5 days ago. I don't want to get too hopeful because we've been trying for 1 year and 5 months now. In the last few months, we've been trying regularly. Can anyone help me??? Best regards
