Nub boy or girl?

Hi! I'm new here.
I'm 13+1 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound last week.
After that, a friend told me about the nub theory. Of course, we're happily waiting for the anomaly scan, but I was just curious if anyone can tell from the image whether this is a boy or girl nub?
