Normally 7.5 weeks pregnant, but according to the gynecologist, 5.5 weeks.

I went to the OB-GYN on Friday.
I thought I was already 7-8 weeks pregnant, but the next visit showed it was only 5.5 weeks. We did see a nice gestational sac and yolk sac. Everything was okay for that stage. She's quite a blunt person. She said either everything is fine or it's a threatened miscarriage.
She told me that the worse I felt, the better! Since this weekend, I've been vomiting again when brushing my teeth, and when I'm in the car as a passenger with someone, and I'm peeing extra at night.
And since yesterday (a few nights of bad sleep because of my daughter), I've been really vomiting when I get up after just 2 minutes, and in the afternoons I'm sweating and having heart palpitations while working. I also feel weak and faint sometimes (sometimes I can't see properly). I also sometimes feel tingling in my lower abdomen and groin.
I have to go back next Friday.
Is this a good sign or am I just imagining it?

In principle, those are pretty typical pregnancy symptoms, so I'd say so far so good As long as you don't have severe abdominal cramps with significant bleeding and/or loss of a clot, there's nothing to worry about, as far as I know

I don't want to discourage you, but with me it was a mess. The baby was way too small. I did see a heartbeat. Eventually, it went wrong at 9 weeks. But I really felt very pregnant during all that time. And a D&C was necessary because my body didn't do anything. Of course, I hope for you that everything turns out fine and it grows nicely. Could it be that your ovulation was at a different time? Strength with everything. I'm rooting for you!

Yeah, that could be... If I check it right after stopping my pill, I was pregnant, so I don't know the length of my cycle...

When did you get a positive pregnancy test? Because at 5.5 weeks, you could have taken it up to 2 weeks ago, whereas at 7 or 8 weeks, you should have had a positive test much earlier.

It was very very light positive on January 6th.
Had blood taken on January 6th. And then on January 12th another test and really good positive.
But we found out that the GP made a mistake with the hCG value. She said I was already 5 weeks while the result only matches 2 weeks, said the gynecologist. So yeah, back next Friday. Still having nausea now and then, breasts hurt more today. And had some tension feeling in my groin today.

Ah, that mistake with the hCG level. That explains everything. So you really had a later ovulation. Maybe it's just good that the gynecologist is correcting this now. Doubt is always stressful, but the result next Friday will probably clarify things. Just wait and see.
