5.5 weeks and bleeding

Good afternoon, ladies!
Had a positive test last Friday. Since Sunday evening, I've had brown bleeding when wiping.. Since this afternoon, a bit more bleeding, severe abdominal pain, cramps, shortness of breath, and a burning hot face.. Does anyone recognize this? I also had a miscarriage in September and I'm so scared now.. Spoke to the midwife on Monday and I'm allowed to come in next Wednesday for an ultrasound.

That's so awful, sweetheart! I'm afraid the worst, especially with your pain symptoms. Can't you go to the midwife earlier for an ultrasound?
