7 weeks and no symptoms

Hi everyone,
I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant with my second baby. At 5 weeks my hormone level was 557 and at 6 weeks it was 7586. With my previous pregnancy, I was already extremely nauseous by now and my breasts were sore. Now I hardly have any symptoms, only my nipples are a bit sensitive. I know every pregnancy is different, but I'm still a bit worried. Does anyone else have no or few symptoms at 7 weeks? My first ultrasound is on Feb 10th; I think I'll feel more at ease then.

Hi!
I wouldn't worry too much. I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant now and honestly haven't had any symptoms at all. At 10 weeks I started feeling a bit more tired and had occasional nausea, but nothing too severe. My gynecologist also mentioned that this is very common and that you hear more stories about people feeling really sick because they're more likely to share that than to say they're just doing fine. That's just how it is. So don't worry, girl, and try to enjoy it, even if it's hard sometimes! -
