Hi everyone!
This is our first pregnancy, and we're around 8 weeks along now.
In 2 weeks, we're getting our first ultrasound!

I have a question for you all. Luckily, I don't have many pregnancy symptoms—no nausea, no back pain. The only thing I'm really struggling with is fatigue
After dinner in the evening, I'm too lazy to get up and clear the table.
I know this can happen when you're pregnant, especially since I work all week too, but I've never been like this before—I used to have energy for 10 people. Going to bed on time and getting up isn't an issue.
But this fatigue feels pretty intense to me. Even after sleeping 8 hours, I wake up feeling like I've been hit by a bus.
Do you experience this too?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm now over 6 weeks pregnant with my first, and I'm also experiencing a wave of exhaustion. I have my own business and work a lot, but if I'm home in the afternoon, I almost immediately fall asleep. And then I don't wake up until hours later... not very convenient when you have appointments, haha.
At night I sleep for sure 8 hours, and every morning it still doesn't feel like enough.

Leuren92 Congrats on your pregnancy too!
Oh yeah, and then you’ve got your own business too, which is pretty intense, especially when you still have appointments and then sleep through them haha.
Luckily, I’m not the only one who’s struggling with this.
And I feel exactly the same in the morning, like those 8 hours aren’t enough!
I did read that the fatigue decreases later in the pregnancy. I hope so!

I'm about 4 weeks along now, and unfortunately, I'm dealing with quite a few ailments. I can barely sleep 2 hours before I wake up in pain from stomach cramps due to constipation, my lower back is killing me, and I'm extremely nauseous. I also have my own business and a physically demanding job. I'm always so happy when I get to reunite with my bed, oh my!
