Hi,
I'm 9 weeks pregnant. On Tuesday, there was blood on the toilet paper when I peed, so I called the gynecologist right away and they told me to come in for an ultrasound. The heartbeat was there! The gynecologist said not to worry, everything was on track. Wednesday evening around 8pm (after eating) I had stomach pain and threw up. Haven't had any issues since yesterday and today.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Stomach pain can be totally normal; your uterus and ligaments are also getting ready to stretch. It's great that the heartbeat is there, wishing you a lovely pregnancy!
