How many days does implantation bleeding last?

Hi hi!
I'm 6 weeks pregnant. But I've had brown discharge for 5 days when wiping. In those 5 days, I've had 2 drops of red blood. No cramps.
Can implantation bleeding last that long?
It seems to get a bit worse after intercourse and bowel movements. It's not quite enough for panty liners during the day, but I'm not enjoying the pregnancy either right now.
I don't have an appointment with the midwife yet. I don't dare to go..
Because then it feels so real with the photo and stuff, and it would seem even harder if it goes wrong.
And they can't do anything anyway if it looks like it's going wrong.

As long as you're not experiencing cramps, clots, or heavy bleeding, there's no need to worry. But yeah, it's not exactly fun.
