Lots of discharge?

Oh my god! Do you also have so much discharge? I basically have it right after I've been to the toilet. About a minute or two later, I feel it again.
Does anyone have the golden tip?

    Well, I do have more of it than before, but luckily not as bad as you.
    Yeah, I’d almost say incontinence pads, but the midwife advised against that. I think there’s something for it, but I wouldn’t know what.

    I'm also having more trouble than before, you know! It's one of those things that come with the territory, but you've never heard of them beforehand (that was definitely the case for me).

    Hey, I'm 26 weeks pregnant myself and I'm also having a lot of trouble with this. I mentioned it to my gynecologist, and she tested to see if it might be amniotic fluid I was losing. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. Some people just have more discharge/fluid than others, you know.
