Pregnant, getting an episiotomy

Yeah, I think that’s possible. I might have felt implantation during both pregnancies. Didn’t realize it at the time, but looking back, yes. With the second pregnancy, I consciously felt it, but only after the positive test did I make the connection.

For me, it really felt like a few sharp pricks, like a long needle or something that just went straight from below into my uterus.
