Tummy ache

I'm pregnant and I'm worried because I've had stomach pain for a few days, exactly like menstrual cramps. Now I'm a bit anxious. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It's common in early pregnancy and doesn't have to be serious. As long as there's no (heavy) bleeding, you can assume everything is okay.
