Extremely tired

I was on my way to work early this morning in the car and suddenly hit by an extreme tiredness like I've never experienced before! I even pulled my car over to the side of the road to sleep for half an hour. I didn't go to bed too late last night, so that can't be it. Even at work I had to fight to keep my eyes open. It only got better after 4 cups of coffee and a walk outside during lunch break. It was a tiredness I couldn't fight against. It's better now but I'm going to bed extra early tonight... do you recognize anything in this from when you were newly pregnant and didn't know yet but could later make the connection?

    Hi Tazzy,

I do recognize it, especially with the headache. I started feeling that about a week before my due date.

Here I am, 9 weeks pregnant and also feeling the need to take an afternoon nap. I've been less tired and less nauseous for 2 days now though.

Yeah, unfortunately, I was extremely tired during the first few weeks here too. From week 11 onwards, things went perfectly, and now I’m waking up completely sleep-deprived again... But 4 cups of coffee? Please stop. It’s really bad for your baby!!! Just try to let yourself rest occasionally and give yourself a break.
