Nauseous and exhausted

Hi there,

I had a question. I'm now 6 to 7 weeks pregnant and I'm getting more nauseous every day. I don't actually throw up, but I just feel so awful that I can't work and I'm exhausted. I had an ultrasound a week and a half ago, and only a gestational sac was visible. The gynecologist said that's quite possible since the embryo might still be developing.

Now I'm wondering if it's a good sign that I'm getting more nauseous and more tired every day?
