Pregnant or not? Symptoms?

Hello everyone,
I'm wondering, like so many others, if I could be pregnant. I think I ovulated on October 31st and had sex with my partner the day before and the day after. The next day, I noticed a small brown/red mucus plug in my underwear. This seems a bit strange to me because implantation bleeding supposedly doesn't happen until a few days later, I thought. However, the following week I experienced nausea and heartburn, which I normally never have. I also felt a lot of pressure on my eyes. The nausea has subsided now, but for the past two days I've been dealing with gurgling intestines and a bloated stomach. My NED is November 14th, so I was wondering if there are any others here with this experience?
